Sales Management
Exhibitor/Sponsors sales are critical to the success of the show. Our team of sales representatives are well trained in prospecting for new exhibitors, closing sales, increasing the booth size of repeat exhibitors, and selling value-added services and event sponsorships. We have substantially increased renewal rates when we have coordinated the space draw process at events for clients.

Event Marketing and Promotion
Marketing communications for the show goes to two different audiences - potential exhibitors and potential attendees. Communications campaigns that motivate the audience to take action work best with a multi-media approach and message repetition. Campaigns can include advertising in trade publications, direct mail, VIP tickets, broadcast fax and email, public relations, special journal inserts, show newsletters and a show informational website. We also work with the press to ensure show media exposure. We can coordinate market research to gauge the satisfaction of your attendees and exhibitors as well.
